I support individuals, children, teens, parents, and caregivers navigating emotional challenges, behavioural concerns, anxiety, grief and loss, family separation or divorce, and school-related difficulties. I also offer individual parent support for caregivers who want to build stronger, more connected relationships with their children, and for parents who are ready to gently explore and heal the impact of their own childhood experiences.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and deeply relational. I work directly with children using developmentally appropriate, play-based and expressive interventions, while supporting parents through individual sessions and regular check-ins focused on emotional attunement, nervous system regulation, and strengthening connection at home.

With over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in various roles, I integrate counselling therapy, mindfulness, and nervous-system-informed care. My work is grounded in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and neuroscience, and is always tailored to each family’s unique needs.

Styling the Inside is the foundation of my practice, supporting meaningful change from the inside out so families can move from survival mode to feeling more connected, regulated, and resilient.

If your child is struggling with big changes, school stress, or emotional overwhelm or if you want support to parent with more clarity and confidence, you don’t have to do this alone. Small, supported steps can create lasting transformation from the inside out.
